Welcome to our retreat, where desert calm meets adventure, minutes from Grand Canyon West and Lake Mead’s South Cove. Set under big skies with views of the Grand Wash Cliffs, this fully remodeled 2BR/2BA home offers Starlink WiFi, mini-splits, and new appliances. Unwind on the upper balcony for sunset views over the Joshua trees, then enjoy dinner on the covered patio below. Stargaze with minimal light pollution. Sleeps 6 (king, queen, queen sleeper). Dogs are welcome for a small fee.
Freshly remodeled and finished in 2025, this two-story home is designed for comfort, views, and easy desert living. You’ll have two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and multiple outdoor areas to enjoy the scenery and night sky.

Guests will have full private access to the home and outdoor areas. Self check-in is available via keypad.
Meadview is wonderfully remote, which means service can be inconsistent. Cell coverage is spotty on the drive in and around the home, but Starlink WiFi at the house is fast and reliable once you’re connected. We recommend screenshotting directions and any entry info before you head out, and downloading anything you may want offline (maps, playlists, or confirmation details).

• No smoking inside.
• Water storage may need to be topped off during your stay depending on usage and timing.
• Vehicle with clearance recommended for dirt roads (no lowered sports cars).

“Absolute gem of a stay! The highlight was definitely the second-level porch—peaceful, beautiful, and unbeatable for stargazing at night. It’s in a location surrounded by amazing scenery and breathtaking views, plus it’s a quick, short trip to Grand Canyon West.
