🐾 While we’re pet-friendly, please note that the yard is not fenced. The road in front of the house has a speed limit of 45 mph, so if your dog doesn’t have a strong recall, we recommend keeping them leashed when outside.

Our neighbor has a legal easement to use the shared driveway. Please ensure the driveway remains clear and accessible at all times.
