Bon Bleu is a private 600 sq ft retreat with natural light, playful color, and coziness. A cloud-soft king bed, full workspace, and fully stocked kitchen are ready for your getaway. A short walk to Lake Avalon and the trails, with kayaks and bike storage. Follow the curved walkway to your own large lower deck and step into your perfect NWA basecamp. Note: Bon Bleu is a basement apartment with a private entrance — your host and her pup live upstairs.

Bon Bleu sleeps 2 guests in a king bed with soft 100% cotton sheets, with a fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar stocked with tea, coffee, Chemex, French press, and Keurig with reusable pods, cozy living room with wall-mounted Roku TV, dedicated office nook with standing desk, monitor, and bookshelf, small couch for curling up, full bathroom stocked with toiletries, stacked washer/dryer with laundry pods provided, and a large private deck overlooking the backyard with seating for two. Two kayaks for lake days, indoor bike storage, hose to rinse off after the trail, and board games and cards for cozy evenings in.

Walk to Lake Avalon and the Bamboozled trail in 5 minutes, or venture out to Tanyard Creek (6 min), the Back 40 trailheads (8 min), and Bella Vista's new bike park (9 min). Bentonville Square is just 20 minutes away — close enough for a night out, far enough to feel like a true escape.

To your right you'll find the dedicated office nook with standing desk, monitor, and bookshelf, plus a small couch tucked in for curling up with a good book. The full bathroom is also on the right. Head left and you'll find the king bedroom — your cozy, restful retreat at the end of the day.

BATHROOM

Bon Bleu has one designated parking spot in the driveway. From there, follow the curved walkway along the right side of the house to the back, arriving at your own private lower deck.

CLEANING

We make every attempt to keep Bon Bleu spotless! A professional cleaning crew cleans the apartment after every guest. We strive for perfection but we're all human — if something is missed, please notify us immediately and we'll have the cleaners revisit to make it right.

NOISE & NEIGHBORS

Bon Bleu is a basement apartment beneath an occupied home. Your host and her dog live upstairs. While every effort is made to keep things peaceful, normal household sounds may occasionally be audible. We're considerate neighbors and hope you will be too!

LAWN CARE

We have bi-weekly lawn service to keep the yard looking its best. If your stay overlaps with their visit, they shouldn't be more than an hour.

PESTS

Bella Vista is beautifully wooded — which means naturally occurring insects, spiders, and other critters come with the territory. We do our best to keep them outside where they belong, but if something sneaks in, let us know right away and we'll have our pest control company pay a visit. Keeping doors closed at night when lights are on goes a long way!

DECOR

Bon Bleu is a living, evolving space — we're always adding touches and updates. Bedding, art, pillows, and décor may shift between bookings. We hope every iteration feels like a little gift. If something would make your stay more comfortable, just say the word.
