Terms and Conditions

Reservation and Payment Terms:

To secure your reservation, we kindly ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to your arrival. If you’re making a reservation within 45 days of your arrival date, we will require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, so here’s our cancellation policy. If you decide to cancel your reservation within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days prior to your reservation, you will receive a full refund. However, if you cancel your reservation after the 48-hour window, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 14 days of your reservation, all payments become non-refundable.

We want to be fair to our guests, so if you need to cancel, we will do our best to re-book your dates. If we are able to successfully re-book your dates, we will issue a refund for the payments made, minus a 25% cancellation fee.

Fees:

Our nightly rates vary based on seasonal demand and availability. In addition to the nightly rates, there are a few additional fees, including a cleaning fee, booking fee, damage waiver, and local taxes.

Accidental Damage:

We understand that accidents happen, and we don’t want you to worry about unintentional damages. That’s why all our bookings include a non-refundable damage waiver. With this waiver, any accidental damage caused by a guest is covered up to $1,500. This coverage includes normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage unless specifically excluded.
